Room Types
Room type is determined by the package you select. All bookings fall into one of three room options.
Run of House (ROH) – Room placement and view are determined by the hotel and assigned at check-in based on availability. This may include:
- Garden View
- Partial Ocean View
- Ocean View
Ocean View (Guaranteed) – Enjoy a guaranteed ocean-facing room with consistent views of the Caribbean waters and coastline.
Ocean View Suite (Guaranteed) – A larger, suite-style layout with a dedicated seating or living area and enhanced ocean views.

All rooms include:

- Air conditioning

How Booking & Invoicing Works
Combined Invoice (One Reservation)
- Select 2 travelers when booking
- One reservation is created
- One person can make payments for both travelers
Separate Invoices (Individual Reservations)
- Each traveler selects 1 traveler when booking
- Enter your roommate’s name during booking
- Reservations will be linked by the travel team
Roommate Matching (Optional)
Available for solo travelers who want double occupancy pricing.
- Enter “Roommate Match” during booking
- Matching is not guaranteed
Important to Know
- If a roommate is not found, you will remain at single occupancy pricing
- If a roommate cancels, your booking will adjust to single occupancy pricing

A $200 deposit per person is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and lock in current pricing.
Automatic Billing (Monthly Payment Plan)
You can enroll in our automatic billing plan and spread your remaining balance into convenient monthly payments.
- Your payment schedule will be evenly divided after your deposit
- You’ll receive a full payment summary showing:
- Payment amounts
- Scheduled dates
- Payments are processed automatically based on your invoice
Automatic billing is available at no additional cost.
